I recommend Future Leaders program.
I encourage parents to enroll children in this program. It has impacted my son in so many ways, i.e improving his confidence, he is learning to be organized and focused, time management, no fear of speaking in public, making good friends and more. In just 3 weeks of being in the program I could see the difference.
It has even affected the way he does his school work.
The program does not only bring discipline in their now life, but are also being shaped for future. They learn skills such as communicating, listening, creative/critical thinking, patience, etc
This program prepares a child to be able to sell their ideas, speak boldly, stand in front of audience and teach, motivate without being intimidated by a crowd and so on.
Kids learn to be mentors and mentees, they are taught to listen and learn from each other. Everyone is valued for who they are and what they bring. They learn to research and share what they have researched on with the rest of the group.
The program is not just a strict and straightforward program, kids have fun, they play and learn through play hence they look forward to Saturday mornings.
I have noticed that Servant Leaders have genuine love for children, which makes it stands out even more.

Let’s allow our kids to take a form of what they were born to do by paying attention to who they really are, their talents, what they love and excel on and embrace that. Expose them to these things, in that way we allow them to be who they are called to be and for them to fulfill their purpose and enjoy life.
